The Trend Toward Globalization

For the last 25 years, we have heard and seen a lot of events toward globalization, one world government, global banking, global currency, global passport, global satellite, global communication, global unification, global peace, etc. Now in the light of the COVID-19 outbreak, global response, global leadership, global cooperation and research have all become indispensable. A New World Order, cooperation for a more benevolent globalization in the 21st century are included in the vision for the world's future. Yes, Genesis 10 & 11 tell us about the first attempt at centralization and globalization by a Babylonian hero, Nimrod.Man wanted to centralize all power in himself and rebel against God by unifying the world. His city, civilization, religious all became symbols of rebellion against God's authority. Nimrod and all the globalization attempts to concentrate power and build a one world govt. to control every one seems to be a prototype of the future system headed by the Antichrist that defies God and raises up in pride against Him. What happened in babel will happen again, God will intervene, confuse, disrupt and destroy them, their name, fame, ideology, religion and government; and will establish His own New World Order. What a day that will be!
